​​​​What does "eucurio" mean?

eu means good, well happy. It is also the abbreviation for Europe.
curio is a small article, object of art, valued as curiosity.

How do you choose the brands you sell at "eucurio"?

The way we choose the brands we work on is based on 4 characteristics.

  • Products need to be produced in Europe
  • We look in details the quality of the products.
  • The brand needs to have a story and a philosophy that goes along with ours.
  • There needs to be a good human interaction between the owners of the brands and our owner. For us business is not only money but human intereaction. We want to do business in a collaborative way and if this is not also a priority from the brands we would then prefer not working together.

Could I have some information on international size guidelines?

As we are not a brand ourselves we don`t have a international size guidline. In each product pages, you can open the Size and fit roll over menu. In each of the menus we have integrated the brands size guidelines.

No not all eucurio products are bio.

In addition you can in each product pages check if the Bio icon is appaering. If it is, it means it is a Bio product.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

You will know if your order has  been proceed by receiving a confirmation email. If you didn`t receive it please check your spam folder.

Once we have sent to you your product you will receive a confirmation with your invoice. Here as well please check your spam folder. 

To which countries do you deliver?

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Finland,  Greece, Luxembourg.

What delivery service do you use?

We use DHL.

What are your delivery times?

If you are in Germany it will be between 2 and 4 days.
If you are outside of Germany it will be between 4 and 7 days.

What is the cost of delivery?

Below 100€ order:
If you are in Germany 4,90€
Outside of Germany 10,90€

Above 100€ order: FREE
